HUMAN TOUCH...

For decades prior to the invention of Laser and 3D printing machines, architects relied on their own hands to build  both rough study models as well as elegant presentation models using paper, cardboard and glue. These hand - crafted models - mostly monotone but sometimes infused with color offer an elegant three dimensional representation of architectural design.

With all of the advanced technologies available today, it is interesting to reflect back on what architects created with simple tools and materials: an X-acto knife, a straight edge, cardboard and glue. The touch of the human hand provides - and likely always will - a tangible connection.
